Cola Prohibition: -Ryo-
2016/09/15 21:57

ryo-blog-no-cola

It’s gotten a lot cooler, but it’s easy to get sick so take care of yourself!
Though, I’m the one who’s the most sick.

I’m -Ryo-.

Tomorrow we have a gig at Shibuya REX. It’s been a while since we’ve been there.
Plus it’s the show before our one-man.
Please help us make it a success that flows on to the one-man!

For me, it’s also my birthday month, but every year I always get sick near my birthday. I’m jinxed.

No matter what happens this year, I want to overcome it!
And I wanna be in top shape and have an awesome birthday and 1st one-man!

I snorted to myself when I wrote “be in top shape.”

I’m in perfect condition for now with only 10 more days till the one-man!

I’m aiming to be in the best condition so whether you’re coming for the first time or not, let’s all have fun in our best condition!

Well then, Shibuya REX tomorrow will be super flashy!

Next time: The green person who I thought plays games the least, but surprisingly plays Pokemon Go the most.

PS: Recently I’ve been wondering if I should try IQOS.*

[Translator notes]

*IQOS (pronounced “eye-cos”) is a smokeless cigarette that uses tobacco to produce tobacco-flavored vapor rather than the hazardous smoke and tar. (more info)

Nothing ventured, nothing gained…: HIROKI
2016/09/08 19:41

Good evening.

I am the Red Yakisoba, Hiroki.

Calling me Red Yakisoba… He’s just being mean now lol

First of all, thank you to everyone who came to see us at Shinjuku Holiday on 9/5 !

hiroki-blog-nothing-ventured

I feel like this was the best gig we’ve played since we revamped ourselves. At any rate, the stage, the venue, the energy was all amazing! The amount of sweat was pretty ridiculous too! There was so much I could wring it out of my shirt lol

At this rate, our 1st one-man will be a huge success!

Lend us your strength! !🙏

On a different note, my current obsession is soaking in the tub. Since the seasons are changing, without realizing it, a lot of people tend to build up stress or start to feel down.💦

I’m also the type to build up stress without realizing it so when I have the time, I started soaking in the tub. I’ve been using the kakigori bath salts that I got as a gift. 😌It’s really nice. I recommend it👍

hiroki-blog-nothing-ventured2

and, and!

As we announced yesterday, our Tokyo-Nagoya-Osaka tour has been decided!

hiroki-blog-nothing-ventured3

It’s been two months since I’ve been to Nagoya and Osaka! I’m really excited to meet everyone there!! You better come!

And we’ll start selling the long-awaited towel!

hiroki-blog-nothing-ventured4

It’s a must-buy!
Everyone can swing their towels around together! I’m the drummer so I can’t swing it around, though! lol

And with that, I’ll wrap it up for today…

Our one-man is this month!!

Our first one-man!

So excited!

Thanks for reading!

The next blog is (◯ョ◯)←

Later♪

Unmanly Summer Time: Omi
2016/09/01 12:27

It’s September. The season when your appetite gets out of control. I’m Omi, the guy who eats with gusto.

The last week of August. With the production of KAMIKAZE done, I was able to enjoy summer a little.

omi-memeshikute

I went to the beach with Amy Dolly. Got a little tan. Had the summer feeling. My iPod was stolen(?) and I had a lot of fun. It’s really important for all living things to gain energy from nature.

As for me, I love American comics. I watched X-Men: Apocalypse intensely with the movie tix I got as a gift. It was awesome. I could see it over and over again. The human race created something really amazing for it to be able to make people this excited on any given day. Yay for movies!!

On a completely different topic, I recently took this test for distinguishing and naming colors that look similar to each other. Sorry I don’t really remember the name of the test. There was a kind of gradation bar thing with some colors that were barely different from each other and you had to answer what color it was. There were actually close to 50 different colors. It was pretty tough. I was able to tell the difference between more than 40 colors and got a high score, but apparently that’s pretty rare among boys.

Why are girls able to tell the difference between colors better than boys? Apparently, it’s cos girls liking things like Christmas lights and stuff is just part of their biological makeup.

In other words, I’m pretty close to being a girl.

Gross!!

Next up: Red Yakisoba.

See ya

The Japanese title of this blog is 女々しくてサマータイム:オミ
女々しい literally means “effeminate.” There’s also a Golden Bomber song called 女々しくて, which Omi may or may not be referring to here.

Concerning the fact that there weren’t many ghost shows on TV this year: -Ryo-
2016/08/26 10:24

Hey, I’m guy who lost his phone for an entire week.

-Ryo-.

Since losing my phone, I’ve realized that people can’t live without their cell phone.
My summer memory.

Well, summer is coming to an end. Was everyone able to enjoy it?

I haven’t been able to shake this summer lethargy.
I wasn’t that pale to begin with, but I got a little tanner even though I didn’t go to the beach. My summer memory.

I secretly wanted to go glamping* this year, but summer ended before I got the chance. But now I have a goal for next year. My summer memory.

Also, as I’m writing this, I’m looking at someone walking by wearing a yukata and eating watermelon. So refined.

Please don’t think that I don’t have anything to write.
On the contrary, there are so many things that I’m actually troubled about it.

But well, that’s about it for my summer. Just the other day we announced our 2nd one-man.

What with us being in the middle of preparing for our first one-man there are so many things to look forward to, I’m a bit restless.

Even with summer ending, there are a lot of fun things waiting for me.
When the time comes, let’s have fun with no restraint.

And did you get a free copy of KAMIKAZE at our gig last week?
If you haven’t gotten it yet, you should definitely pick one up and listen to it.

There’s a bit of a gap till our next gig, but I’ll be sure to completely recover from this summer lethargy by then.

Alright, that’s about it for now.
Sorry I didn’t mention anything related to the title.

PS: Since I lost my phone, I don’t have any pictures of my summer memories.
I’ll gladly accept pictures of everyone’s summer memories to put in my phone instead.

Next time: Jellyfish Omi

*glamping is apparently a thing. It stands for “glamorous camping.” Basically for when you want to go camping, but don’t want to deal with all the yuck that comes with it. (source)

The title of Ryo’s blog is referring to the fact that in Japan, it is common to tell ghost stories in the summer. When you get scared, usually you get a chill so they use that to cool off in this ridiculous Japanese summer heat/humidity.

Summer! Summer! : HIROKI
2016/08/18 22:40

Hello.

I’m the “Red Mop,” Hiroki lol

First of all, yesterday we played in the “Jet Black Symphony” event at Shinjuku BLAZE!  Thanks to everyone that came! How was it seeing TRA TRA TRA on a big stage? I had a blast. It was a cool scene! These kinds of festival-type events are great. I hope we can take part in it again next year.

hiroki-summ-blog2

Seems like Obon season is already over

Is everyone having fun?
Did you already have fun?

I’ve been having a pretty good amount of fun.

I went to the beach, to the mountains, played some gigs.. I’ve been able to have a pretty fulfilling summer.

hiroki-summ-blog

This is the beach I just went to. Whoever knows where this is is amazing! lol

I always want to travel year-round so I really love going to the beach in the summer. I just don’t really like beaches that have a lot of people. I love swimming in a beautiful ocean with no people in sight.

I love swimming in this kind of place 🏊

I wanna make a video with all the TRA TRA TRA members swimming at the beach!😌Oh, but there’s someone who can’t swim at all… lol

There aren’t anymore gigs in August so for now I’m gonna put all my excitement and energy towards our 9/25 one-man!  Since it’s our first one-man, I definitely want to make it a success. I can’t help but feel really excited Start saving up your energy for it!

Alrighty, that’s about it for now

till next time!

PS. There’s gonna be a really happy announcement soon😌

omi blog 2016.08.11

Good evening. It’s Omi, the guy who wants to wear the flashiest underwear in the world.

I’ve been eating a lot of noodles this week. I make somen noodles at home, eat ramen or tsukemen when I go out, they’re starting to look like shoelaces.

Actually, I was just eating tsukemen before this. At that tsukemen shop, they yell “iyoisho!” in a loud voice when the noodles are done boiling. Every single employee. It’s pretty powerful.

I think it’s a similar concept to the singing at Cold Stones.* They sing songs like “heigh-ho” and other Disney-ish songs so that customers standing in line can enjoy themselves. Every single employee.  Personally, I just want them to stop, but the concept of making the customers have fun is nice so it makes me think.

No matter what it is, it’s important to put life into it. Sometimes we also do a kind of cheer before a live, but it feels like it’s missing something so I wanna think of a cheer that flows better.

Well then, tomorrow we have a live at Ikebukuro Black Hole! We’ll do our best!

The next blog will be Red Mop.
See ya.

* you don’t tip in Japan so the staff at Cold Stones are just constantly singing. Sometimes they ask if it’s okay for them to sing to you lol
